Late Cancellation/No Show Policy
Unfortunately, we experience a high level of no-shows and late cancellations. This significantly affects our business, so we are having to implement policies that deter such behaviour.
We are now holding card details through our secure bookings portal. We require every booking to provide card details both online or over the phone. Any bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours of the desired booking time will be charged a surcharge of £5 per person. The same applies for a no-show.
